Hello! I am Betta Alves, a Clinical Psychologist, Psychoanalyst, and University Professor with over half a decade of experience in clinical, social, and intercultural psychology. I hold a Master’s degree from the University of Padua (Italy) and am a dual-degree PhD candidate in the Philosophy of Psychoanalysis (PUCPR, Brazil / University of Ferrara, Italy).

In my clinical practice, I specialize in providing psychoanalytic psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children. My approach is tailored to help individuals navigate psychological distress, anxiety, depression, and complex family dynamics. I have extensive expertise in the fields of adoption, parenting, and perinatal mental health.

I combine my deep academic background with a highly individualized and empathetic clinical practice
