As a Clinical Psychologist with over 8 years of experience, I specialize in providing affirmative therapy for the LGBTQ+ community, including support for bisexual, gay, lesbian, and transgender individuals. Since 2018, I have focused on addressing issues such as gender dysphoria, coming out, and anxiety through a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My culturally competent approach emphasizes empathy and mindfulness, empowering clients to navigate their unique challenges and achieve meaningful growth. I offer both in-person and online sessions to ensure accessible, supportive care tailored to your needs.

KARTHICK BALASUBRAMANIAN

Dedicated LGBTQ+ affirming therapist providing a safe, celebratory space for all gender identities and sexual orientations. I specialize in navigating the unique challenges of "minority stress," coming out, and building a resilient self-identity. My approach is deeply trauma-informed, addressing the intersections of family dynamics, societal pressure, and personal growth. Whether you are exploring your identity or seeking support for anxiety and OCD, your lived experience will be honored here. Together, we will work to dismantle internalized shame and replace it with self-compassion and authentic pride. I am committed to providing an inclusive sanctuary where you can be your whole, truest self without explanation or apology.

I’m Raga Varsshini M S, a counselling psychologist passionate about supporting young adults and LGBTQIA+ individuals in navigating emotional challenges, identity exploration, relationships, and life transitions. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while feeling seen, respected, and understood.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, and individualized, grounded in the belief that every person’s journey is unique. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, SFBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based practices to support clients in building self-awareness, resilience, emotional balance, and healthier coping strategies.

Whether you are working through anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, identity-related experiences, relationship difficulties, or simply seeking personal growth, I aim to support you with empathy, curiosity, and culturally sensitive care. My goal is to help you move toward greater self-acceptance, authenticity, and emotional well-being in a way that feels meaningful and empowering to you.
