My practice incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic work, among other approaches. With over 4 years of experience, I am deeply committed to providing an empathetic, identity-inclusive space.  I offer daytime and evening appointments Monday-Friday. I see clients virtually and take insurance or self-pay, with a sliding scale available to make appointments as affordable as possible.
