I am Luca Mazzon, a licensed clinical psychologist and CBT psychotherapy trainee with a specialization in clinical psychosexuology. I work with LGBTQIA+ clients to support emotional well-being, identity development, and relationship health through an inclusive, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approach.

My work focuses on:

Sexual orientation and gender identity exploration

Psychosexual health and intimacy

Relationship dynamics within diverse relational and family structures

Minority stress, stigma, and identity-related trauma

Emotional regulation and resilience in high-pressure personal and professional contexts

Drawing from my experience across Italy, Germany, and Spain, I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, clinical hypnosis, and psychosexual frameworks to address emotional and relational challenges effectively.
I also bring a multicultural perspective to my practice, working fluently in English, Italian, German and Spanish which enables me to support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive therapeutic space where LGBTQIA+ individuals can explore their identity, enhance emotional well-being, and build authentic, fulfilling relationships
