Prefer Not to Say

I utilize an eclectic approach for LGBTQ+ individuals, drawing on eight years of experience across Jamaica, Belize, and the US, including work with expatriates and international students. Using CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness, I help navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and minority stress. My calm, collaborative style creates a safe and nonjudgmental space for insight, coping skills, and lasting growth. All sessions are online.
