Enyinnaya Prince Uche

As a certified counselor and educational psychologist, I provide safe, structured, and non-judgmental psychological support tailored for the LGBTQ+ community and allies.

My practice integrates Affirmative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused frameworks. Whether you are navigating early-career transitions, Gen Z workplace dynamics, identity pivots, coming out, or minority stress, my goal is to equip you with actionable tools to build unshakeable self-esteem and emotional resilience.

Sessions are conducted in a strictly confidential, warm space where every part of who you are is fully seen, valued, and supported.

As an LGBTQ therapist, I provide a safe and inclusive space for individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities to explore their emotions and experiences. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ community, I offer affirming and empathetic therapy tailored to each individual's needs.
As a licensed therapist, I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, offering a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for exploration, healing, and growth. My work is rooted in the belief that every person deserves to live authentically and to be seen and supported in their full identity — without fear, shame, or compromise.

I have extensive experience supporting individuals through the unique challenges and strengths that accompany queer and gender-diverse identities. This includes navigating coming out, identity development, family dynamics, relationships, trauma, minority stress, and transitions of gender or sexuality. My approach is both affirmative and intersectional, honoring the complex ways identity, culture, and lived experience shape mental health.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed and mindfulness-based practices, always centering your voice and lived experience in the therapeutic process. My style is collaborative, warm, and attuned — balancing compassion with practical tools for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and empowerment.

Clients often describe me as empathetic, authentic, and grounded. I strive to help each person strengthen their sense of belonging, reclaim self-worth, and cultivate resilience in a world that doesn’t always make space for difference.
