Queer

I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming support grounded in both lived experience and over 10 years of professional work with LGBTQ+ individuals, including extensive experience in gender-affirming care. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for people navigating identity exploration, relationships, transition, anxiety, stress, grief, life changes, and the challenges of living authentically in a complex world.

My approach is mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and somatically aware, integrating emotional support with nervous system awareness, embodiment practices, and practical tools for self-understanding and resilience. I believe healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, respected, and safe enough to bring your full self into the room.

I especially enjoy supporting trans and nonbinary individuals, queer relationships, people exploring identity or transition, highly sensitive people, and LGBTQ+ clients navigating burnout, belonging, family dynamics, or major life transitions.
