A good psychologist or therapist is a compassionate and skilled professional who creates a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. They listen actively and empathetically, helping individuals feel understood and supported while guiding them toward greater self-awareness and personal growth. Using evidence-based approaches, they tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, empowering clients to develop healthier coping strategies, improve relationships, and navigate life’s challenges more effectively. A strong therapist maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity, fostering trust and encouraging meaningful, lasting change.

Sally Nady

I am a queer-affirmative psychotherapist with 2.5 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, including individuals navigating issues related to gender, sexuality, identity, and cultural stigma. My therapeutic approach is primarily psychodynamic, and I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space where LGBTQ+ clients can explore their experiences with authenticity and care. I have experience working with concerns such as internalized shame, relationship challenges, family acceptance, trauma, and identity development with a culturally sensitive approach.
