About

I am an LGBTQ+ Therapist—a licensed mental health professional dedicated to providing supportive, affirming, and culturally sensitive therapy for individuals across the diverse LGBTQ+ spectrum. My work centers on creating a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where people of all identities and orientations can openly explore their emotions, experiences, and personal challenges without fear of stigma or misunderstanding. I understand the unique stressors that LGBTQ+ individuals may face, including identity exploration, coming-out processes, family or societal rejection, discrimination, internalized stigma, relationship concerns, and the emotional impact of minority stress. Through compassionate dialogue, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and an affirming stance, I help clients strengthen self-acceptance, build resilience, and develop healthier coping strategies. I honor each person’s identity, pronouns, and lived experiences while supporting them in navigating mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, body image struggles, and relationship difficulties. My role includes validating their experiences, addressing systemic and interpersonal challenges, and empowering them to live authentically and confidently. I also work collaboratively with clients in developing insight, improving emotional regulation, and building stronger interpersonal connections. As an LGBTQ+ therapist, I am committed to continuous learning and cultural humility, ensuring that therapy remains inclusive, respectful, and responsive to evolving needs within the community. Ultimately, my goal is to provide a space where LGBTQ+ individuals feel deeply seen, heard, and supported on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and personal well-being.
