About

Hi! I’m Prathiksha (she/her), a queer and neurodivergent psychologist based in Bengaluru. With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and certification in Trauma-Informed Care and Queer-Affirmative Practice, I’m committed to helping individuals — especially queer youth and adults — navigate trauma, anxiety, identity, self-esteem, and life transitions with compassion and growing curiosity. My work centers on building awareness, fostering emotional regulation, and helping clients find their voice through self-expression and reconnect with their authentic selves. I draw from Gestalt therapy, Art-Based practices, and queer-affirmative approaches to create a collaborative, expressive space where healing unfolds through reflection, creativity, and body awareness. Outside of therapy, I love creating art across mediums, exploring world cinema, and advocating for animal rights, each reminding me of the many ways we express our shared humanity. If you’re looking for a space to unpack your story, explore your identity, or simply be understood without judgment, you’re most welcome here. We’ll take it one conversation at a time, at your pace.
