About

As a member of the LGBT+ community, I have a particular interest in supporting clients navigating identity, belonging, and the impact of minority stress. Many people grow up adapting parts of themselves to fit in or stay safe, which can lead to feelings of disconnection, shame or isolation later in life. Together, we can work towards understanding and integrating these experiences, fostering greater self-acceptance and ease in relationships. I support clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, identity and relationship challenges, as well as loss and long-term health issues. Whether you’re seeking short-term support or longer-term therapy, my aim is to offer a steady, relational space where healing can unfold safely and at your own pace.
