I am a licensed counsellor who provides a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space for individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities, including the LGBTQ+ community. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and accepted as they navigate life’s challenges and explore their authentic selves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy, supporting clients through concerns such as identity exploration, relationships, stress, anxiety, emotional wellbeing, and life transitions. I aim to journey alongside my clients in creating greater self-understanding, resilience, and a deeper sense of connection with themselves.
