About

I am a Registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist, specialising in LGBTQIA+ affirming work, with a focus on mental health, addiction, trauma, life transition, intimacy, sexuality and relationships. My practice integrates trauma-informed approaches and self-compassion frameworks, to support clients in navigating identity, expressions, relational dynamics and emotional resilience. I have designed and facilitated workshops such as "Between Stay and Stray and Beyond – Navigating Romantic Relationships in the LGBTQIA+ Community" and the "Gender-Affirming Sexuality Workshop", which create reflective and psychologically safe spaces for diverse sexual and gender identities. My work also extends to thought leadership through platforms such as the podcast episode "Embracing Diversity: LGBTQ+ Inclusivity", where I explore inclusive practices in relationships and wellbeing. With a culturally sensitive and intersectional lens, I support individuals, couples and families in developing authenticity, relational clarity and empowered decision-making in their personal and intimate lives.
