Marie Bernadette Villanueva

As a Registered Psychologist and PhD Candidate, my practice is deeply rooted in providing an inclusive, safe, and affirming environment for the LGBTQ+ community. Leveraging my extensive background in individual and group psychotherapy, I address the unique intersectional challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals, including minority stress, identity exploration, coming out, and relationship dynamics. My clinical approach blends deep empathy with evidence-based frameworks to help clients navigate systemic vulnerabilities, heal from trauma, and build personal resilience. I am dedicated to fostering a therapeutic space where diverse sexual orientations and gender identities are not just respected, but celebrated and empowered.
