I’m Keo (they/it), a queer, genderfluid psychologist and UGC-NET qualified mental health professional with an M.Sc. in Psychology and B.Sc. Psychology (Honours). My approach to therapy is rooted in social constructionism, recognising how culture, identity, systems, and lived experiences shape the emotional challenges we face; especially within queer communities. I aim to offer a non-pathologising, non-judgmental, and affirming space where clients can explore themselves freely, without fear of bias or shame. I take an eclectic approach to practice, drawing from CBT, behavioural therapy, and alternative modalities like art, movement, and play-based techniques. My lived experience as a queer and genderfluid person informs my work while making space for each client’s unique story, needs, and way of being. I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals, adolescents, and people looking for a space where they can show up authentically and feel genuinely seen and supported.
