I'm a counselling psychologist with an MA from Mumbai University, where I ranked first in my department. I work with young adults and adults navigating the anxiety that won't switch off, the low mood that feels like personality, the burnout that crept in before you noticed, and the quiet feeling that you are not quite enough. My approach is eclectic and affirmative I don't follow a single rigid framework because people don't fit neatly into one. What stays constant: I will be honest, I won't pathologise you, and I will never make you feel like too much. I am explicitly LGBTQ+ affirmative. Queerness is not a presenting problem in my room it is a fact. The pain around it is what we work with. Come as you are.
