I provide LGBTQ+ affirming psychological support in a confidential, respectful and non-judgmental environment. I work with individuals and couples exploring sexual orientation, gender identity, coming out, relationships, self-esteem and personal development, as well as experiences of discrimination, minority stress, anxiety or social isolation. My approach is inclusive, relational and tailored to each person’s needs, without pathologizing LGBTQ+ identities. I aim to help clients strengthen self-awareness, authenticity and psychological well-being while respecting their identity, values, chosen relationships and individual pace.
