My approach to LGBTQIA+ mental health is rooted in person-centred, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and gender-affirming care, informed by a strong humanistic orientation.My work involves supporting clients through concerns related to gender dysphoria, identity exploration, internalised transphobia and homophobia, self-acceptance, and the emotional complexities of gender-affirming journeys. I aim to help clients understand the relationship between their internal experiences and the social, familial, cultural, and structural contexts that influence their mental health. Having worked with Sringaar Foundation in Delhi, I am glad I could extend my services to the community in a very extensive manner.
