As a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) specializing in trauma treatment through the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating life's challenges. With a Master's in Counselling Psychology, I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), to tailor my approach to each client's unique needs. My areas of expertise include ADHD, LGBTQ issues, relationship dynamics, and employee mental health. I offer online therapy sessions, ensuring accessible and flexible support for those seeking to enhance their well-being and resilience.

Ekta Abhay Lather

I provide affirming, inclusive therapy for LGBTQ+ clients navigating identity, relationships, self-esteem, family dynamics, coming out, and the unique stressors that can come with being part of the LGBTQ+ community. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centred, creating a space where you can explore your identity, build self-acceptance, and feel more confident being authentically yourself.

cody ellis

As a queer and trans person, I understand the importance of feeling seen, heard, and accepted for who you are. My approach is informed by both lived experience and a commitment to creating an affirming, non-judgmental space where people can explore their identities, navigate coming out, build self-acceptance, and work through life's challenges. I recognize that everyone's journey is unique, and I aim to support individuals with empathy, respect, and an appreciation for the complexities of identity, relationships, and belonging. You deserve a space where you can show up as yourself without having to explain or justify who you are.
