Prefer Not to Say

I am a dedicated therapist specializing in LGBTQ mental health, particularly for gay and bisexual individuals navigating the complexities of identity, coming out, and relationship dynamics. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and conversation therapy, I provide a supportive space to explore your feelings and foster resilience. Whether in-person or online, I aim to create a compassionate environment that promotes healing and empowerment, integrating nature-based healing and men's circles for holistic wellness. Together, we can journey towards understanding and acceptance.
