As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I offer a warm, inclusive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being fully yourself. I understand that navigating identity, relationships, family dynamics, and life transitions can bring unique challenges. My goal is to listen without judgment, help you feel understood, and support you in exploring what matters most to you while moving toward greater self-acceptance and fulfillment.

Noosh Soleimani

Hi, I’m Alice. I’m a California Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), school counselor, and crisis counselor. I work primarily with teens and young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or trying to better understand themselves and what they need. My approach is collaborative, creative, and nonjudgmental, with space for both practical coping skills and deeper reflection. I’m especially interested in supporting neurodivergent clients and integrating art-based, somatic, holistic, and mindfulness-informed approaches when they feel helpful. I also bring a multicultural and systemic perspective, with attention to how identity, relationships, culture, and larger systems can affect mental health.

Alice Oueijan (Alice Nicole)

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles, California, with over 13 years of experience serving the LGBTQ+ community and beyond. Much of my career has been rooted in community-based care. I spent eight years at the Los Angeles LGBT Center — the largest LGBTQ+ health organization in the world — where I deepened my commitment to affirming, culturally responsive therapy. I have also had the privilege of teaching at my graduate alma mater, Pepperdine University, and consulting on a range of mental health-related projects that continue to shape my approach to this work. My practice is grounded primarily in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a framework I have found to be one of the most practical and effective tools available.
