Clinical Psychologist | LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapist

I offer affirmative, inclusive, and culturally sensitive therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking support in navigating personal, emotional, and interpersonal challenges. My practice is grounded in respect, acceptance, and understanding of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, and lived experiences. I work with clients exploring identity, coming out, self-acceptance, relationship concerns, family dynamics, gender-related issues, minority stress, discrimination, and emotional well-being. Through a collaborative and evidence-based approach, I help clients build confidence, strengthen coping skills, foster authenticity, and create fulfilling lives while feeling seen, heard, and valued in a safe therapeutic space.

Sagrika Jaggi Jain

Apoorva Khanna is a Delhi-based psychotherapist and rehabilitation psychology practitioner building work at the intersection of clinical care, research, and community mental health. Her approach is direct yet deeply empathetic, grounded in evidence-based practice, shaped by diverse field experience, and driven by a clear goal: making mental health care more accessible, inclusive, and culturally relevant.

She is the founder of The GreenEyed Psychotherapist, where she offers trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity, and life transitions. Alongside this, she works as a Consultant Counselling Psychologist and Workshop Coordinator at The Therapy Park, managing an active caseload, conducting psychometric assessments, and leading workshops on clinical practice and research.

Her clinical experience spans high-intensity and complex settings, including Moolchand Medcity, AIIMS-NDDTC, Fortis Mental Health, and Central Prisons, New Delhi, where she has worked across psychiatric care, addiction recovery, and correctional mental health. Her rehabilitation-focused work with SPYM and the National Association for the Blind reflects a sustained commitment to disability, recovery, and reintegration through trauma-informed and multidisciplinary care.

A published researcher, Apoorva’s work explores AI in mental health, body image, addiction recovery, and women’s psychological well-being,bringing a critical, forward-thinking lens to both practice and policy.
Her core skill set includes psychological assessment, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, crisis intervention, relapse prevention, ABA, and client-centred therapy, supported by certifications from NIMHANS, WHO, Johns Hopkins, Stanford Medicine, and APA.

At the core of her work is a clear belief: mental health care must move beyond the clinic, into communities, conversations, and systems that need it most.

Ipshita K

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and queer-affirmative, grounded in the belief that behaviour is a form of communication reflecting underlying emotional needs. I draw from narrative therapy, helping clients separate themselves from their problems and re-author their experiences with greater agency and self-compassion.

I focus on the intersection of identity, culture, and emotional safety, particularly for individuals navigating conflicts between personal values, relationships, and family or societal expectations. My work is attentive to collectivist contexts, where choices often carry relational and cultural weight.

Rather than offering prescriptive solutions, I aim to create a reflective, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace and develop clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

Anuradha Kavir

As a queer sensitive therapist rigorously trained in trauma-informed, and ethical mental health care. The focus of the work is on creating emotionally safe, non-pathologizing spaces for individuals across diverse gender identities and sexual orientations, while remaining attentive to the intersectional and systemic contexts that shape mental health in the society.

I follow an eclectic approach, drawing primarily from psychodynamic, humanistic, and somatic based therapy, and integrating other modalities as relevant to the client’s needs and clinical context. My clinical work strongly attends to relational patterns, sociocultural influences, and embodied experiences, using insight-oriented and experiential interventions to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and psychological resilience.
